How often do you backup your servers?

We perform an incremental backup all client sites on a daily basis. This means that if you modify or delete a file accidentally, the previous day’s file can be restored for you. All you need to do is submit a support request.

Where are your servers located?

Our primary servers are located in Burnaby, BC in a fully serviced, state of the art data centre.  We have supporting and backup infrastructure in the USA.

Would I be able to modify my web pages on a regular basis?

We provide all of our clients with unlimited access to their accounts via FTP, using a private ID and password, 24-hours a day so they may update their site as often as they require.
