How often do you backup your servers?
We perform an incremental backup all client sites on a daily basis. This means that if you modify or delete a file accidentally, the previous day’s file can be restored for you. All you need to do is submit a support request.
I have forgotten my account details, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your account details and no longer have your welcome email, please email our support department. Please use one of the email addresses we have on file for your account and be prepared to answer a few security questions to.
Are there any content restrictions?

Where are your servers located?
Our primary servers are located in Burnaby, BC in a fully serviced, state of the art data centre. We have supporting and backup infrastructure in the USA.
Would I be able to modify my web pages on a regular basis?
We provide all of our clients with unlimited access to their accounts via FTP, using a private ID and password, 24-hours a day so they may update their site as often as they require.
