How to Setup dazil e-mail with Microsoft Outlook 2003

1. In Outlook, click on Tools, click on E-mail Accounts
2. On the E-Mail Accounts page, under E-Mail, click Add an e-mail account, and then click Next.
3. On the Server Type page, select POP3, and then click Next.
4. Under User Information:
   • In the Your Name box, enter the name you want users to see when you send e-mail from this account
   • In the Email Address box, enter your email address (e.g. myname@mydomain.com)
5. Under Server Information
   • Enter your POP server name Incoming Mail Server (POP3), mail.dazil.com
   • Enter your Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP), your ISP’s SMTP server (e.g. shawmail for Shaw, smtp.telus.net for Telus)
6. Under Logon Information:
   • In the User Name box, enter your e-mail address.
   • In the Password box, enter your password. If you want Outlook to remember your password, make sure the check box next to Remember password is selected.
7. Click Test Account Settings to verify that your account is working. If there is missing or incorrect information, such as your password, you will be prompted to supply or correct it. Be sure your computer is connected to the Internet.
8. Click Finish
9. If you want to configure more accounts, just repeat the above steps.
